Competing for top talent in the global marketplace, PepsiCo recognized the need to update it’s employment brand to appeal to the right candidates, as well as work hard to retain current employees. Focusing on the excitement of PepsiCo, which sits the intersection of business and pop culture, and its entrepreurial culture, we highlighted individual success stories across brands and around the world. The work ranged from the design of their external careers site, internal social channel campaigns, video, extensive global brand guidelines, to swag, with variations designed for every major market on the planet. I art directed Tether’s design team from initial concepts to the final delivery of hundreds of pieces of collateral.
